One I've been listening to recently is pizza guy touch by touch sensitive.

Melody is very central to the piece, theres a lot of repetition but for me the main vocal melody doesn't get boring! The lead melody that doesnt change kinda goes into the background once you get used to it to allow other melodies like the vocal to come through.
